About My Library

I like to read books that get punctuation, nouns, verbs, and adjectives lined up correctly. The trick is in that word "correctly". So, I read whatever looks interesting until it doesn't interest me anymore, at which point I stop reading. I'm often surprised by what becomes interesting to me. Also, as I get older, I go through mad spasms of cataloging my personal library (compulsively and obsessively, occasionally disorderly), so the books I have listed here are (mostly) my books. My library's value is, however, more in the books I have yet to read than in the ones I have read.

I'm also addicted to adverbs, but I work on that.

The buying of more books than one can read is nothing less than the soul reaching toward infinity.
