Interesting book that gives an overview of the divisions in the Spanish society during the civil war in Spain. the developments are shoen through the eyes of the father of a family who sees his life, and those of others around him, falling apart. He starts an extramarital affair and moves to the USA to find the girl when he loses her in Spain. ( )
