A book about a little girl and how her way to school transforms into a big jungle with a lot of different animals. She has to follow this trek, be careful and observant on her way, because of her super imagination. ( )

"The Trek" by Ann Jones follows a young girl as she journeys out alone to school. The girl sees many jungle animals on her way to school. They are all "hiding". The girl imagines ordinary life as a jungle. It's a good book to share with children as it entices them to use their imagination. ( )
