Marie Curie was the 1st woman to win the Noble Prize and the 1st to win 2. The book talked about her upbringing in Poland and how her parents were both teachers. Going to school she had to learn in Russian, but secretly they spoke in Polish. She was not allowed to go to College and became depressed. But as the years passed she did go to college and discovered 2 elements.

I liked this book because it informed me about her in a shorten bio. I think the children will like it too because it is easy to read.

Let children read books on biographes of people that interest them.
Also do some kind of science experiment.
