Truly lovely! A beautiful art therapy coloring book that encourages creativity through self-discovery. The prompts and animal spirits guide you to look inward to explore feelings, face your inner shadow, and discover your strengths. ( )

Loved this! The coloring pages are a delight with some being easier and others harder, I can decide what I want to do. The prompts and info are all good too. ( )

I would like to begin by saying that I received this book free to review and to add a few personal details about myself to better understand my review. I am a 4th year psychology student and have started on my masters degree. I have thousands of hours of art instruction from everything from art history to art instruction in metals and fibers to arcrilics, water colors to colored pencils and I am a Pagen.
I was very excited to receive this book that combined these major points of my life.
This book is not a read, it's a personal journey into your inner self, emotions, and personal trauma. It combines proven therapy tools of art therapy and journaling with the mysticism of spirit animals in a comprehensive way to connect with your emotions.
The author has included easy to follow step-by-step instructions and a companion audio to help you through your personal journey.
I wish comfort, peace, and love to all who chose to embark on this journey.
Well done Kristina Rosen (author)!
Blessed Be! ( )
