Another great mystery from Holly Jackson. I love the blog/interview style of writing used throughout the series so far.

Looking forward to reading the next book in the series. ( )

Litt treigere I starten enn bok 1, men så snart plotten starter å utvikle seg så blir det utrolig spennende. Utrolig bra skrevet! Gleder meg til å lese siste bok I serien! ( )

This sequel does not suffer from the second book slump. It gives you a mystery and it just keeps on going. Pip is winding up her first podcast for the mystery Sal’s brother and Addie. There’s been a little bit of backlash on the podcast because well, it’s the Internet. But now her friend, Connor’s brother, is missing, the police won’t search for him. Pip is the only person who can help. This book continues the ideas and the characters that from the first book and is a new mystery to solve. This mystery has a few twists and turns that one is not going to expect. It is well written, and it’s fun to read. Do you like a mystery or a thriller? Pick up book but, but first read book one because you will need it. Also, make sure you have book 3 on hold because you’re going to want it. ( )

didn't like this one as much as the first book, but it was still good. A lot of the evidence Pip found fell into her lap too conveniently just like in the first book, but I also didn't enjoy the overall evidence gathering process as much as the first book. It took me a while to get invested. I finally got invested around the halfway point, and I finished the second half of the book a lot faster.

My favorite part of the book was Pip's character development. I liked that she realized she didn't have to be what other people wanted her to be (i.e. a good girl). I also like that I am still unable to predict these books.

I will be reading the final book this year hopefully, but I want someone to let me know if the novella is worth it. ( )
