I can't seem to remember this book's name?

what is the book where the male mc can't play baseball anymore but the female mc is the only ever first girl on their team and he starts to fall in love with her and they start winning games and at the end of the book he asks her to marry him and she says yes and he tells her to run to home base but she tells him she is already there in his arms. It is a romance typically 19's-2011.
