>2 Andrew-theQM: Yes, he is and if he's making a list...the one in the picture looks like he should have started last year. Looks like he used the "hunt and peck" system:)

Well, speaking of the hunt-and-peck system, I find that I am doing that more on my phone when I send text messages. It's easy to remember touch typing that I learned in school, but Zowie! single finger, hunt-and-peck is not an easy thing to do on a small handheld device!

I'm bad about not looking soon enough at my written list...so in January I'm going to start doing the birthdays for the entire month under one thread when I post the new ones. Probably under the monthly chat thread. These are the birthdays I already have dates for. If you aren't on this list...please let me know. Just leave your name and the month of your birthday...unless you want us all to know how old you are:) I'm going to post this on the sites that I belong to so you may see people on the list that you may not know.

I have birthday months for
Sergei
Lynda
Juanita
Whitney
Heather
Dusty
Alan
Bette
genesisdiem
Stanley (how could I ever forget him?)
Ellen
Eadie
Andrew
Brenda
Cindy
Gayle

Unfortunately the library hold for the next group read that was due to start on this Thursday hasn’t come through yet, it should have done! Given that I’ve got no option but to delay the start of it by a week, hopefully I will have the book by then.

So at moment suggesting we start The Cursed Inheritance by Kate Ellis on Thursday 14th December.

Apologies for the delay and any inconvenience caused - first time this has happened!

Unfortunately I am still waiting for the library to let me know when the reservation is ready to pick up for this month’s group read, despite being first in the queue for about 4 weeks.

Sorry for letting everyone down. I will let people know as soon as I have access to the book.

>8 Carol420: Thank you for keeping our birthdays remembered Carol!

>12 Andrew-theQM: And Andrew for your versatility with the monthly group reads. I did see that January's group read *is* at my local library.

And fun fact - when I went to a chain discount book sellers a couple of weeks ago to look for Kate Ellis' book, I walked out with Geddy Lee's autobiography. Nothing by Kate Ellis, mind you, but an autobiography of yet another rock star I idolized.

>11 Carol420: OMG that is so true! Especially since I am on sooo many different sites (not just LT!) for work, purchasing tickets, Patreon, you name it. I bought one of those little password reminder books just before lockdown started then spent a few months deciding whether I would keep it or not. I decided to keep it and it's been a godsend.

You can tell when I'm especially upset at a website when there is some variation on "up yours" in the password I'm using to access the site.

For the record, my first phone number started out (404) 288 - something something something.
