I have reached my limit for my payment tier but want to add more. I did not see where this is an option. It is for a museum and we need to add the rest of the books. What should we do? Thanks!

Our billing department set up our TinyCat billing account for wrong size collection at 5000 and we need 10,000. We have now exceeded our limit. Billing says there was no option for size when they set up account. Please tell me what billing department needs to do to fix this. We have not completed adding our materials to catalog.

Ok, please clarify what a hold is. After playing around with hold feature I came to realization I can only place a hold on items not checked out. Is that correct? You cannot queue holds on a book checked out?

>4 GHA.Library: Correct, there is no holds queue in TinyCat. You can only have one active lending status (e.g. Checked out, On hold, etc.) on an item at one time.
