Marking topics with a link as the subject as spam

It seems to me that any new topic, by a new user, that has a link as the subject (as in, http://...), is very likely to be spam. Is this taken into account in the spam-filter? Could it be, if not? I've seen quite a few these past few days...

No, the filter ignores them. I would add phone numbers to the obvious spam that members should not have to flag.

Also not sure why the filter isn't catching 5 topics in less than 10 minutes from a new member where all the subject lines include Blockchain and eCommerce.
