I just read that Homer, the blind cat immortalized in Homer's Odyssey, has died at the age of 16.

If you've not read this book, you really should.

I loved Homer's Odyssey! Homer was an inspiration, and Gwen Cooper is an individual who knows how to find meaning in the small things in life. Glad Homer had a long life; RIP.
