- About My Library
- I will read just about anything, but obviously being a writer of YA lit I also enjoy reading a lot of it as well. I enjoy any kind of fiction that deals with complicated relationships--especially family ones. I also read every book I can get my hands on about writing. And of course books that deal with faith are of great interest to me too--and science and faith. And I love poetry too and I often reread the classics, admiring the skill of saying so much with so little. Maybe that is why I am drawn to YA literature--it seems to be story pared down to its necessary essence.
- About Me
- I am the author of five young adult books, The Miles Between, The Adoration of Jenna Fox, A Room on Lorelei Street, Scribbler of Dreams, and David v. God. I live in San Diego, CA with my husband, and two golden retrievers.
