My old paper backs are a little tired now, but I keep them as the originally belonged to my Mum. Was happy to buy these when they were republished.

Delia's Cakes by Delia Smith
The new book is lovely, and has several recipes I really want and will use. But it is also missing several great recipes from the old book. I'll just have to keep both.
