A collection of late Victorian short detective fiction. Your opinion is almost entirely going to depend on how you feel about that genre. They were for the most part well done, with few weak points, and I enjoyed them.

A good anthology of obscure turn-of-the-century (1900) SF

This not a book for tired eyes. While the content is very good, I can not read more than one story at a time. Should have started this at seventy. But, Lord willing, I shall finish the last few stories.
