A cute middle grade read that explores what might happen if you could talk to dogs which includes a cape and tiara wearing Great Dane competing against small dogs in a dog show.

I liked the first book in the series better, but this one does fill in some of the background on how and why kibble talking works. I thought Jenny was a bit obsessed with her own agenda and didn't care who she had to use to accomplish it, though when Tawny really needed her to help save Dinky, she was there for her friend.
