About the Author
Ron Padgett has lived most of his life in New York City. Among his honors are a Guggenheim Fellowship, the American Academy of Arts and Letters poetry award, and the Shelley Memorial Award. Padgett's How Long was a Pulitzer Prize finalist and his Collected Poems won the William Carlos Williams show more Award from the Poetry Society of America as well as the Los Angeles Times Book Prize for the best poetry book of 2013.
