No Bullshit: Take Decisive Action, Unlock Your True… by Eric Fraser
The book is overall very good. There is a set of collective wisdom which confirm what I already learnt.

However, book is quite short. I would suggest you read famous classical self improvement materials like The Power of Now or How to win friends.
