Extant copy: Henry Ainsworth, Annotations upon the book of Psalmes. [Amsterdam: Printed by Giles Thorp], The second edition: in the yere 1617 [i.e. 1618]. Inscriptions indicate that the book was given by Allerton to Giles Heale in February 1621. Held at the State Library of Virginia.
